Overview

Christ University Bangalore is a private university of repute in India, initially established as Christ College in 1969. Christ University was conferred with Autonomy in 2004 and declared as a deemed-to-be university by the UGC in 2008. The university was accredited with an ‘A+’ Grade by NAAC. Christ University’s ranking is 67th in India by the NIRF 2023 rankings. The NIRF also rated Christ University as 13th in Law and 60th in Management. Christ University usually hosts around 30,000 students across six campuses in Bangalore, Delhi NCR, and Pune. Christ University publishes six peer-reviewed research journals and has published more than 300 books in Kannada and English.

The Christ University Cutoff 2024 score for the Christ University MBA program is as follows: 

  • MAT Score Cutoff: 550 and above
  • CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ ATMA Score of 60 Percentile and above.
  • GMAT score of 450 and above
  • GRE score of 295 and above 

The cutoff score only determines your eligibility for one part of the MBA course. You must also separately pass other rounds of the Christ University MBA admission including the Written Test, Verbal Assessment, Personal Interview, Group Discussion, and Micro Presentation. 

Christ University Placements

With an average placement rate of around 70-80%, the highest package offered during Christ University Placements is INR 20 LPA, and the average package ranges between INR 4-6 LPA for different courses. Companies like Accenture, D.E. Shaw, EY India, PhonePe, Zomato, BCG etc. hold placement drives on-campus across departments. 

A total of 70 UG Students were placed between December 2023 and January 2024 at Christ University Placements. The highest package offered during Christ University 2024 Placements for MBA stood at INR 15 LPA.
